Book your party with us. We offer a wonderful, clean facility, with fun and friendly furry friends for your guests to enjoy. Bring your own food and drinks (pre-cooked food and no alcohol or glass please), and we will bring the fun and excitement,

allowing you to take home the awesome memories. We also have lots of hand sanitizer!

How about the most awesome party ever? Our birthday party package includes not only a huge walk-in petting zoo with either a llama or miniature cow, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens and more, pony rides, miniature golf and carnival games. As prizes we hand out candy at no additional charge. We also include your own personal professional party attendant to assist you with your party. Ask about our BOUNCY PONY RACES. Our party packages are for up to 3 hours and each party has seating with 6 adult size picnic tables, and up to 6 children's tables. Your own 10 by 20 party barn is also included with lots of space for social distancing. We have a great area for your pinata if you would like to bring one. All areas are sanitized and ready for your arrival. All of this for just $450 for the first 20 children, and 25 adults. After that, additional children are $10 each and $2 per adult, after all they are going to want to participate in the fun too you know!

Come and spend a nice morning or afternoon here at the farm underneath our nice shade trees and enjoy the animals, or just enjoy spending time parked here at a picnic table in

your private party area. Our beautiful Christmas lights are on all year long, so the end of the day parties get to enjoy the beautiful twinkling of the lighting.

No silly string, confetti or glass please. Although we normally do not offer more than 1 party at a time, we do

limit the number of parties to 2 at a time through the end of the year because of covid. No pets are allowed unless they are guide animals and are not only clearly marked, but also

pre-approved.

About Us

Dawn, the owner of Party at the Farm has been entertaining the children of South Texas for over 35 years with her USDA Licensed petting zoo's and pony rides. She has provided services for many organizations such as Any Baby Can, The Ronald McDonald house, and most recently, The San Antonio Lighthouse- School for the blind. She has a kind heart and will personally supervise your party making sure all of your needs are met. As you can see, our petting zoo is handicap accessible, as well as our restroom. Should you have a guest that needs special parking privileges, no worries, please let her know in advance. They can literally park and walk 10-15 feet to your party area.

Other Services or Options Available

With the services provided in your birthday party package, you literally don't need to bring anything other than your food and drinks. We put out decorations on the tables for you and do a little balloon decorating. Our picnic tables are all painted red and wiped down before every party. We can provide or arrange for other services. If there is anything else you would like just let us know! Since we pride ourself on excellent services, we do not allow any vendors unless they are pre-approved. If you would like we can also provide delivery of food products, additional balloon decorations, balloon artists, face painters, mascot costumes, photographers, clowns and more. If it is not listed please, just ask.

ON SITE COOKING

At this time, no on-site cooking is allowed. We are in the process of building a snack bar and are going to offer snacks for purchase, as well as meals, so please check with us for updates prior to your visit. Pizza Hut does deliver there- 830-393-1956, but please check with us prior to your party date for food options to be provided through us.

bringing in outside vendors

Because offer so much with your party package, normally very little is ever required on your part other than food and drinks. We are able to offer additional services for you at a discounted rate, so any outside company providing services for you must be pre-approved and we must also be able to get in touch with them as well, as a courtesy fee is assessed through their company.

WHAT PRODUCTS are not allowed

For everyone's safety, we do not allow glass bottles of any type, whether it be food products or table decorations, etc. We also do not allow SILLY STRING or CONFETTI. If you bring party balloons please make sure you don't get any with confetti in them. Just keep in mind if you wouldn't want to pick it up at your house, we won't want to either :-)

Any alcohol requires pre-approval and if approved must be kept to a minimal amount.

No pets of any kind unless they are service animals, clearly marked and pre-approved as well.

cancellations and refunds

It takes a lot of preparation on our part here at Party at the Farm. The only time that we would cancel or accept a cancellation would be if it is predicted that we will have thunder, lightning and heavy rain or if it is below 50 degrees. If it is drizzling, we are a go as there is lots of shelter for us to get under. Children get so excited about having their party here, and we really hate to disappoint them. We use a three day window prior to your scheduled event to make the decision. Should we cancel (which rarely happens), we will offer you a raincheck which you can use for one calendar year. We take minimal deposits and they are non-refundable.
